Seniors Ministry

Religion that God our Father accepts as pure and faultless is this: to look after orphans and widows in their distress and to keep oneself from being polluted by the world. James 1:27 (NIV)

The Seniors Ministry provides services and activities that will help physical needs and sprirtual need. It also includes the Faithful Friends, who are a group of older church members who enjoy spending time together in fellowship and learning. They often take trips to such places as Amish Country and local attractions and have regular informational visits from health nurses and other professionals. Check out the News & Events page to see if they have any upcoming activities!

Women's Group

Love and faithfulness meet together; righteousness and peace kiss each other. Psalm 85:10 (NIV)

The Women's Group fellowships together, does service projects such as creating Hugs for servicemen overseas, and plans many of our church activities, including our Mother-Daughter and Father-Son banquets. Check out the News & Events page to see if they have any upcoming activities!

Prayer Warriors

Pray for each other...the prayer of a righteous man is powerful and effective. James 5:16 (NIV)

Adults can sign up to pray for our young people throughout their years of school, asking the Lord to watch over them as they travel through this part of their lives. Forms can be obtained in the foyer or from the church office, and you can contact Amy Thomas if you'd like to be a Prayer Warrior.

Missions Ministry

He told them, "The harvest is plentiful, but the workers are few. Ask the Lord of the harvest, therefore, to send out workers into his harvest field. Luke 10:2 (NIV)

The Missions Ministry is responsible for developing and promoting the missionary interests of the church by educating and stimulating the church through missionary presentations, communications, and intercessory prayer for world evangelism and supported missions.

Youth Ministry

Love the LORD your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength. These commandments that I give you today are to be upon your hearts. Impress them on your children. Talk about them when you sit at home and when you walk along the road, when you lie down and when you get up. Deut. 6:5-7 (NIV)

The Youth Ministry provides for the spiritual growth and guidance of our young people. We strive for them to have a one-on-one relationship with Jesus and a growing relationship with their parents. See our youth page for more details.

Worship and Music Ministry

Praise the Lord. Praise God in His sanctuary. Psalm 150:1a (NIV)

Every week we come together as a church to spend time praising and worshiping our Father. The Worship and Music Ministry works with the ministers to plan and lead our weekly worship time, to keep our musical and electronic equipment in working order, to schedule audio/visual technicians, and to encourage involvement in worship and musical activities.

Building Ministry

"But will God really dwell on earth with men? The heavens, even the highest heavens, cannot contain you. How much less this temple I have built! 19Yet give attention to your servant's prayer and his plea for mercy, O LORD my God. Hear the cry and the prayer that your servant is praying in your presence. May your eyes be open toward this temple day and night, this place of which you said you would put your Name there. May you hear the prayer your servant prays toward this place. 2 Chron. 6:18-20 (NIV)

Having reverence for the Lord, the church, and the church building is an integral part of a Christian's life. The Building Maintenance & Improvement Ministry works according to God's Word to not only maintain pure place of worship, but to provide improvements and aid in the church body's vision for the dynamic growth of God's church.

Finance & Stewardship Ministry

The earth is the LORD'S, and everything in it, the world, and all who live in it. Psalm 24:1 (NIV)

On the first day of every week, each one of you should set aside a sum of money in keeping with his income, saving it up, so that when I come no collections will have to be made. 1 Cor. 16:2 (NIV)

Bring the whole tithe into the storehouse, that there may be food in my house. Test me in this," says the LORD Almighty, "and see if I will not throw open the floodgates of heaven and pour out so much blessing that you will not have room enough for it. Malachi 3:10 (NIV)

Now it is required that those who have been given a trust must prove faithful. 1 Cor. 4:2 (NIV)

The Finance & Stewardship Ministry promotes stewardship and provides oversight of the financial workings of the church.

Grounds Maintenance & Improvement Ministry

Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for men, since you know that you will receive an inheritance from the Lord as a reward. It is the Lord Christ you are serving. Col. 3:23-24 (NIV)

The Grounds Maintenance & Improvements Ministry is responsible for the care and improvement of the church grounds. It is the ministry's desire that the grounds are appealing to those entering, as well as functional and safe.
